How do I sign up for Altitude's Secure Site?

This should answer some questions regarding the new site Altitude Payroll is using to secure communication.
1. Did you receive an email like the one below? If not, please go to Step 5. 




If so, you can click on the Accept the Invitation Button. 
3. This will take you to our secure site and will ask you to set up a password. Your username will be your email address.
4. Now you can log in to your account on our secure site that contains a page to submit information securely to your payroll specialist and a location to track the status of your communications. 




If you did not receive an email, you can sign up on the site. The link is https://desk.zoho.com/portal/altitudepayroll/

5. Click, Sign Up. 



Complete the boxes with your name and your email. Don’t forget the Captcha. 
7. You may receive a prompt to check your email for a confirmation of your account. Once that is received you will be able to access your account.
