How to send a communication to your payroll specialist.

Sign into your account. If you do not have an account, please see the document “Secure Sign on Instructions.” After signing in, you can access our Knowledge Base. This section will include announcements, helpful forms, and FAQs.

·        This page also offers a link to submit a ticket. “Submitting a Ticket” can be used synonymously as “Communicate securely with my Payroll Specialist.”

·        Select Submit a ticket. Make sure you click the words rather than the image.


The first page you will see is a list of all your tickets and their current status.

As you see in the screen below, my account does not currently have any open tickets. However, I can select Closed or On Hold to look at those tickets.



·        Department

o   Choose between: Taxes and New Clients, and Payroll Processing.

Taxes and New Clients

·        Classifications – Choose one

o   Taxes, New Client Setup, or Other

·        Priority – Choose one

o   Low is the default. This level is great for questions.

o   Medium is for submitting payroll, or employee changes.

o   High is for urgent matters that need to be resolved same day.

·        Subject

o   Treat this like the Subject line in an email. Please include whatever information that will help you differentiate your tickets if you have multiple open at a time.

·        Description

o   Treat this like the Body of your email.

·        Attach a file

o   Securely send confidential data here.

·        Select Submit


Payroll Processing

·        Payroll Specialist – Choose one

o   Dana, Jenna, Katrina, or Rebecca

o   This is a required field. Please choose “Not Sure” if you cannot remember.

·        Priority – Choose one

o   Low is the default. This level is great for questions.

o   Medium is for submitting payroll, or employee changes.

o   High is for urgent matters that need to be resolved same day.

·        Subject

o   Treat this like the Subject line in an email. Please include whatever information that will help you differentiate your tickets if you have multiple open at a time.

·        Description

o   Treat this like the Body of your email.

·        Attach a file

o   Securely send confidential data here.

·        Select Submit


This new ticket will show in your list of open tickets in the My Account Tab.
