How to change your business address with the State for Unemployment and and Wage Withholding.

If you have a MyUI login, you can change the address when you login. If not, you will want to fill in the paper form & sign and mail it in to them.
You will need your Unemployment Number.
You will need your Wage Withholding Account Number.
