I received a Frequency Change Notification from Colorado and/or the IRS. What should I do?

Depending on your liability during the lookback period (last 2 quarters of 2018 and first 2 quarters of 2019) for Federal and State withholding, you may receive a deposit frequency change notification. The IRS and Colorado have begun to send out 2020 filing frequency notices. You should be receiving these in the next couple weeks.

If you receive one of these notices, please send us a copy immediately.

You may either fax a copy to us at 866-409-5659 or you may scan and upload a copy to us via the secure communications portal on our website. Click Here to submit a Ticket with your Frequency Change Notification.

It is very important for us to receive these frequency notices as this will prevent the potential for making payments on the improper frequency on your account.

If the filing is not paid timely based on the new frequency it could result in penalties and interest by the agency.

Should you have any questions please contact us at 303-325-9695
