I received a notice to submit taxes. What should I do?

Please scan that form and submit it in a ticket to the Taxes and New Client Department. Select Taxes under the Classification and attach the form. Select Submit.

Our Tax Department will review the form and contact you. The response will provide instructions on how to proceed.
