SUI Rate Notices

SUI Rate Notices

November is the time of year when unemployment agencies begin sending out rate notices for the new year. As of November 5th, Colorado has begun to mail out 2020 SUI rate notices. You should be receiving these in the next couple of weeks if you haven't received them already. They will be in a letter envelope typically with green print on the front.

When you receive your rate notice, please send us a copy immediately.

You may fax a copy to us at 866-409-5659 or scan and upload a copy to us by logging into your secure communications portal and uploading to Taxes and New Clients.

It is very important for us to receive these rate notices as this will prevent under- or over-collection of taxes and/or payments on your account. These could result in penalties and interest or unwanted notices by the agency if not filed with the proper rate.

Should you have any questions, please contact us at 303-325-9695.
